Lost and found policy:

I post it, one week to claim. Another to physically pick up.

You have to do some combination of bodyweight push ups, pull ups, squats, abs that equals the number of likes the post gets to get it back.

If not claimed it is donated to the Local Salvation Army.

I am not going to throw away your stuff, but the gym is not holding it either.

I was overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone surrounding the qualifier in Alabama for the . The financial strain of the trip was relieved due to our friends that sponsored us and the PGF and Twisters crew.
