You Are Missed — We’d Love to Welcome You Back
I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out personally because you are genuinely missed at our school. Life has a way of becoming busy, priorities shift, and schedules change—and that is completely understandable. Please know that stepping away for a while never closes the door here.
If you have been away from training, there is no need to worry about “catching up” on your own. We are here to support you every step of the way. Our team is more than happy to help you review, rebuild confidence, and ease back into training at a pace that feels right for you.
What matters most to us is not where you left off, but that you feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged the moment you return. Our community is built on respect, patience, and growth—and you remain an important part of it.

Guys,
🙋I'm looking for 8 men, who are serious about improving their Fitness, Discipline, Motivation & Mental Health for 2026.

You Must be willing to attend 2 or 3 group classes a week, and follow our instructions. Great program for Dad's looking to get back in shape and learn authentic Gracie Jiu Jitsu in a sustainable way. This is not a sport program focused on chasing medals, this IS a self defense focused program focused on building warriors who can keep their families safe.

I Will Personally Coach you through the grind and make sure you get great results through our Self Defense Jiu Jitsu program. After 20 years of teaching in Woodruff, we've got pretty good at getting results.
