We can't believe it, but 6 years has absolutely flown by. June 29, 2020, we opened the doors of Lakeland Fitness & Golf - totally unsure of what was to come, but so blessed and honored to be a part of so many lives here in the Lakeland area.

Through the hard work of our owners, John and Shelly, and the many wonderful staff members who've been with us on our journey, we've created such a wonderful community of people. Thanks to the unwavering support and dedication of our members, both past and present, we've made it to mark year 6 - with many more to come!

Thank you to everyone who has stepped through our doors in the past 6 years, you've helped shape a welcoming environment for gym-goers of all kinds. Lakeland Fitness & Golf wouldn't be here without you.
