Seven Bridges Warriors Hockey Team The Warriors are a hockey team out of Woodridge, Illinois. Their home rink is Seven Bridges Ice Arena.

They are affiliated with the Greater Chicago Adult Hockey League. An amateur hockey team out of suburban Woodridge, IL comprised mostly of former Downers Grove North alumni between the grad years of 1999-2005.

Last night, the Warriors returned to the promise land with a complete 8-4 victory over the Rangers. The win nets the Warriors a championship for the first time since the summer of 2023. Dominic Zanfardino led the way with 4 goals and 1 assist to power the team to victory. Kyle Zahrobsky had 1 goal and 2 assists, captain David Budimir scored the first goal, and Steve Hogan and Joe LaFleur added the other tallies. Gage Schacher, Tony Vance, Joey Zanfardino, and Dustin Grotzke also provided assists on the scores. Goaltender Cody Jones made 21 saves in the victory. Congrats team, well done!

The Warriors are streaking! after posting their 4th win in a row with a 4-3 victory over the Frenzy last night. Dustin Grotzke picked up the team player of the game belt with his second goal in two games, which turned out to be the game winner. Steve Hogan, Sean White, and Joe LaFleur also scored for the Warriors, who move to 5-6-2 on the season and are now only 3 points out of 3rd place. Joe Valascho made his return from vacation to stop 31 shots in posting his 4th victory of the year. The team will take on the Ripped Wops next Thursday at 9:40pm.
