We are happy to announce Village IV has a new website www.village-iv.org. It is up and running with Paypal as well.

The Services section includes helpful information regarding the management and operations of our association.  You can download legal declarations & by-laws documents and forms, and pay your dues via PayPal (for accounts in good standing).

Garage Sale June 10th and 11th 2022
Village IV provides the promotion for this event. (newspaper ad, posts to online garage sale websites, Facebook and social media sites, maps for shoppers on sales dates.) We also provide a Master List of Sellers to interested shoppers which includes participant addresses, a map. ALL AT NO COST TO YOU!

Unfortunately, we can’t host our traditional Lunch with the Bunny event due to the bunnies other obligations. The Easter Bunny will hop on over to our Clubhouse for visits and photo opportunities with the children.
Join us on Saturday, April 9th, between 10:00 AM and Noon for a
photo op with the bunny. PLEASE bring your cameras.
The event will take place in our lobby. The children will have an opportunity to visit with the bunny and pose for pictures. A special Easter treat will be provided.
This is a MEMBERS ONLY event and registration is required.
ONE TIME SLOT/member household.
