A big shout out to Stark Enterprises and the staff at Eton Chagrin Boulevard for hosting Cleveland Magazine's Best of the East! My clients have shared that it was a tremendous turnout and beautifully organized!
What better way, than to create a perfect 'snapshot" for retailers and restaurant owners, to showcase the Atrium shops of Eton Chagrin Boulevard?! Makes me proud to be part of the Atrium!

Easter and Passover mark new beginnings and a fresh start. Consider joining the Get-A-Lift Studio to create that new commitment for good health, more energy and increased happiness. It's April 1st! Don't be fooled, you've got all the God given tools to set new goals and rules! Use your legs, core and upper body to become strong, confident and improve your posture!!
April showers can be a big deterrent, but not when you become a member at the Get-A-Lift Studio for one month. Just $30 and a $5 deposit for a keyfob to come and go as your schedule allows. Two ellipticals, 2 treadmills and a recumbent bike.

Good morning! Reminder ideas about moving more and staying fit and feeling happy:
Park your car far away from your destination.
Do squats by your checkout cart when waiting in line.
Drink some water every hour.
Stand up from sitting position every hour.
Smile when you are talking.
Do a kind gesture once a day.
Sit for 5 minutes and focus on your breathing.
Laugh outloud at least once today!!
