We have our newest member of the 500 Club, the incomparable Jess! Jess does it all. There isn’t a class she won’t take and always works incredibly hard with perfect form. Not only that, but Jess is as sweet and kind as they come. She just celebrated a milestone bday recently and we got to celebrate her at the studio a few days later! The best part of all - Jess comes to the studio with her daughter Maissie literally every day. Nothing we love more than families being a big part of our community. We are honored to have Jess with us and can’t wait for the next 500 together. We love you Jess!!!

We are proud to announce the addition of our big “free agent pickup,” Cass Tomchak! Cass joins our cycle team and will make her stage debut this Wednesday in a co-teach with your girl Rachael. Cass is a veteran instructor who gave one of the best auditions we’ve ever seen so you’ll want to get in to see what she’s all about! Come on in and see what she’s got in store for you!

Today we celebrated a major milestone at the studio. Our very first family member to reach 1000 classes. If you’ve ever been to the studio, you’ve been in class with him. He’s our main man., Doug Goeke. There are not enough superlatives to use to describe Doug. He is truly one of the kindest souls you will ever want to meet. He is a great father, husband, brother and friend. We are beyond lucky to have him in our family leading the way. He’s a special person who deserved this special day. Congratulations Doug, we love you so much!

Let’s try this again….One of the greats is hanging up her cycle shoes!!! Shout out to Carly Ford CARLY 🤠 for her amazing ride as an instructor. Carly was the first cycle teacher I had ever taken a class from. She helped get me and countless others hooked. We wish her and her husband Eric nothing but happiness and success in the future. You always have a home here, Carly! We love you!
