Clean and ready for leg locks with Professor Christopher Bauer tomorrow! Sunday class at 11am still no-gi for now. 🔥

New game unlocked! When we have smaller kid’s classes it’s a great time to workshop new drills, games and avenues for learning grappling. Keeping the classes fresh and exciting for the kids!
➡️ Remember- our Afternoon Kids classes are offered at 11am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! PARENTS: This class schedule will continue through any new Fall/Winter schedule updates in case you are planning homeschool schedules!!
And we do have openings for Free Trails on Tuesdays at 11am if you have a friend who wants to try it out!! The Base Woodland
