P2 is a boutique fitness studio providing clients with a more “personal training” approach to strength & cardio training in a small group environment.

Small Group Training and Personal Training Studio offering Pedal (studio cycling), Pedal & Pump (studio cycling and weights) Pump (weight/plyometric intervals) Pliant (stretching, flexibility and core) Classes, all accompanied by heart rate monitoring.

Come and join us on Thanksgiving morning for our annual ride to benefit the American Heart Association in honor of Tony Sartori who passed away Thanksgiving Day 2014.

Before you spend the day with your actual family, come and spend the morning with your P2 family!!! There will be good tunes 🎼🎤, good friends 👯‍♀️👯‍♂️, and some good snacks 🥯🥓🥂to keep the spirit bright! Ride times are: 8am, 9:15am and 10:30am. If you have any questions, please reach out. 🦃🍗🏈

Get all your chores done today 🧺🛒🍃 so you can join us for Memorial Day Monday classes and a post-workout brunch outing! 9:15 Pedal and 10:30 Pedal & Pump are on the docket then we will head out for 🍹🍺🍔🍗. A convivial time will be had by all! 🥳💜

It is with broken hearts that we tell our P2 family about the passing of Bob. He was so loved by all of us and we will miss him beyond words. Jill and I are going to be organizing a shuttle to take those who would like to attend his funeral services out to Long Island on Monday. Please contact me if you want to join us in saying good-bye.

This year marks the 10th Anniversary of Tony’s passing. Please come and join us Thanksgiving morning as we ride together, with our heart rate monitors on and firing, to raise funds for the American Heart Association in his honor. For many of us, P2 is our extended family so what better way to start the holiday then with your “other” family! Feel free to bring a guest to join in the sweaty fun. 🦃🚴🏽‍♀️🚴🏾🏈

This Sunday our hapless Giants play in jolly olde Germany. To celebrate/commiserate, we are doing another fabulous football ride. The game will be on, snacks (up to and including the passed hor d’oeuvre pretzel pigs in a blanket) and bevies! Class one starts at 9:30, riding right into class 2 at 10:30 until the bitter end. Ride the full game or pick your hour! Come join us for the fun, frivolity and fantasy football smack talk. (Pliant will resume Tuesday)
