ZUMBA® Fitness involves dance and aerobic elements to music, making it a FUN way to exercise! You must be 14 years or older to participate (14 to 17 yrs of age must have parent signature before starting), some music lyrics may be inappropriate for younger children. Every partic
ipant must READ and SIGN a waiver release form on your first day of participation. You don't need to have any prior experience, all levels welcomed from beginners to the advanced. Proper footwear must be worn at ALL times. Please bring a towel and water bottle with you as you will sweat your tails off! Come early to class to get a spot on the dance floor (it can get crowded sometimes). If you arrive late, please find a spot without intruding on other students (respect others personal space, some come early to claim their spot). Cost $5 per class or $20 for a 5-class card.
