After 17 years, JK Personal Training is now JLN Personal Training and has a new home! ye ol' Woodgate Mall is slated for demolition and now I am happy as can be in the Woodinville Towne Center, with a new Starbucks Drive thru (coming soon) as my view, yes, I will miss the view of the railroad tracks and the crazy all hours of the day neighborly bar flies and their shenanigans but, hey, CHANGE IS GOOD!

I want to thank you for all of your support over the years, you mean a lot to me, I am so happy to have you in my life, not only as clients but as friends and chosen family. I am VERY excited for the future and what that holds!

There will be a grand opening/open house most likely in the fall when everything is in order at the new place, right now it is a work in progress. I am open and ready for business though, so swing by, check out the new digs and say hi!

It is that time of year and once again this year JKPT has again assembled an amazing team to attack the tower!

As you all may or may not know already, this cause is especially close to my heart and I am very proud and excited to be participating again this year. We climb for our loved ones, friends and those that we have never met.

Hi Everyone!

Registration opens today, join Team JKPT!

It’s that time of year again! I have set up team JK Personal Training for the Big Climb on March 24, 2019. Our team the last few years have done amazing and I am looking forward to an even bigger turnout and fundraising this year!

The link to sign up is www.bigclimb.org but remember, do not attempt register until today at 9:00am, otherwise your registration will be deleted. Once you are on the site, choose “Join a team” and enter JK Personal Training. Sign up for the timed racer so that we will all be together, it doesn’t mean you have to race the stairs, it is just timed. This is always fun for everyone to do so that each year you can make your goal to beat the previous year!
