We are a low-impact aerobics program, free (donations accepted but not expected) and open to the public, no matter where you live. We warm up for about 10 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of a cardio routine that changes about every 2-3 months. We then do a fun activity, such as shooting hoops or line dancing. The last 15-20 minutes varies from weel to week. One week we do free weights and a mat a
ctivity, focusing on strengtheneing lower back, legs, or abs. The alternate week we use the exercise balls. Lastly, we always finish with about 5-10 minutes of stretching. It's a lovely group of ladies that come from as far as Addison, Canisteo, and Westfield, PA. We usually go for coffee after class, and, about once a month, we go for lunch. This part is optional, of course, but makes for some great social networking. Many of us are transplants from around the country, so it makes for a very diverse and fun group !
