3-Week Blood Sugar Reset Challenge

A simple but demanding reset designed to stabilize blood sugar, prevent, arrest or reverse insulin resistance, predicates and diabetes.

Also designed to reduce cravings, improve energy, and help participants experience what their bodies feel like without the constant rollercoaster of refined sugar.

This challenge is for the person who realizes they’ve been sleeping on their wellness or hitting the snooze button… and perform CPR.
