Thank you to everyone who joined me for our Memorial Day class.

The goal wasn’t to have fun today. It was about suffering. Suffering through a grueling workout to honor those who gave their lives for this country.

We didn’t talk about barbecues and beer. We didn’t say happy Memorial Day. Worked out asses off and I didn’t let anyone forget why. 🇺🇸🙏🏻

As a coach with 30 years of experience, there’s a lot I know about the craft of boxing.

I’ll never stop working with other coaches though. When you stop working or building with other great minds in the industry you’re inherently saying you know it all and there’s nothing left to learn.

I will forever be a student. This will allow me to better serve all my clients in the future.

🚨 Has 2 BIG announcements 🚨

March 17th we will be starting our kid’s boxing program with .garofalo . Ages 7-12. Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm and Saturdays at 9:30am.

If you join in the month of March, memberships will be $100 per month. After March memberships will be $125.

Have your child build confidence, resilience and discipline while also having fun.

🚨 Second announcement 🚨

Also for the month of March, we are rolling out a Referal program. Bring in a friend or a family member for a free trial class. If they join you win 2 free personal training sessions with a staff coach which is a $200 value.
