In search to unlock the mysteries of the slip bag just like Mike Tyson. So far I’m noticing it takes strong legs, strong core and flexibility. Tip use the ab wheel often as well as oblique exercises. Hit me up for tips and lessons.

Absolutely one of my favorite bags is the slip bag. I love the consistent swinging motion. I see why the great defensive boxers used this bag so much. I can’t say enough the possibilities are endless. Follow me as I share my training routine training with this bag.
