Good evening to our dance families!!
We hope you’re enjoying this gorgeous weather ☀️
As we approach our last week of sessions before the summer holidays, we sadly have to point out that we still have multiple parents who haven’t paid for their child’s spaces despite us saying at the beginning of term how important it is from a safety and numbers perspective but also from the perspective of it being our income. We have tried to create an inclusive community where there is a level of lenience and understanding with families having busy lives and lots of commitment, however this just feels very disheartening for us when it’s an ongoing problem and now the week before we break up.
As you can appreciate, it’s not something we would raise with your child as payment is not their responsibility.
If you are a parent who hasn’t made a payment since May half term (we still have some parents who haven’t paid at all this year), please can you ensure that this is done prior to our final lesson next week to avoid us having to send individual messages out.
Also, if you’re a parent who is unsure if you’ve made this terms payment, please get in touch.
As of September, we will be returning to a paper register which unfortunately eats slightly into the time of our sessions but it’s apparent we need to revert back to this.
We really don’t like having to raise things like this but as we are approaching a long summer break, it’s important we do.
