Starting JUNE 16TH we are adding another Strength & Tone class through the summer!

Strength & Tone is a great way to amp up your workout in a group setting. It’s a high-energy, full body, strength training workout that engages all muscle groups in one session.

Using body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, steps, etc. - each class is new and different! Challenging exercises will burn calories, increase strength and stamina, improve endurance and increase coordination and mental toughness. Open to all ability levels.
