And that's the way we finish on Gator day!!!! The coaches called a great game and the boys took care of business on the field against Maple Shade. Next week is the bye week and Glassboro after that!!!!!!

Week 2 of Gator Friday nights under the lights, brings the contest to Deptford HS. The 1-0 Gators meet the 1-0 Spartans for this match up. Plenty of bragging rights on the line tonight as Deptford quarterback Riley Giles meets up with many of his former teammates from Westville youth football. Who will come out on top, the current Gators, or the former Gator???? Let's show some big support and cheer Gateway on to win number 2!!!😃

Holy cow what a game. 14-14 tie at the end of regulation, 1st OT Gators strike with a touchdown and muffed extra point. Lions come back to tie it, go for 2 and got shut down. 2nd OT, Lions throw an interception, Gators take over on downs and drive in for the final score. Gators 26, Lindenwold 20!!!! The Gators win, the Gators win, the Gators win!!!!!!

The long awaited day is here. The day the team and coaches have been preparing for months for. First game of the long awaited Gateway Gators 2016 season! Come out to Lindenwold HS to cheer on Coach Mason, his staff, and this great group of kids to their first victory!!!!!?😃
