Attention Burn Family!🚨We now have TWO 25-minute Yoga classes on Wednesdays in the evening! Choose the 5pm-5:25pm class just before Taylor’s strength class, OR 5:30pm-5:55pm and get limbered up before Emily’s Zumba class! Yoga offers increased strength, flexibility and reduced stress!
