Tough conditions yesterday morning for the Final race at Rotax US Trophy. Practice was cold and rainy, then track was drying at my race got started. We saved a new set of slicks, but were off on gear with no time to change. Kid got turned in front of me at the start, went high and almost had him missed but he rolled up the track. Clipped my rear bumper and went off, but regrouped and got back on 40 seconds behind. Fought hard to catch up and passed 11 karts for P18 at the checkered. I had a lot of fun running this event, had speed and learned how to race this setup better throughout the weekend.

Big thank you to Great Lakes Sprint Series for supporting my entry for this event. I’ll be working hard to get prepared for the 2026 event!

After months of testing, I’m finally running the at New Castle Motorsports Park! Had great speed yesterday in practice with no drafting help so knew we brought a fast piece. Qualified P16 this morning, moved up to 8th and got a hard block going for 7th, settled for 11th. 2 more Heat Races today and a Pre Final, will keep moving forward💪🏻

As always huge shout out to INOX Lubricants for the support this season!!

KRA Race 13 at New Castle Motorsports Park was last Sunday 10/12 and a clockwise configuration with cold temps made the morning sessions tricky. Practice sessions I just tried to move my line as the track came in, qualified P3 in Mini. Started 2nd in the final and didn’t get a good start, falling back to 5th. Focused on hitting my marks and drove back up to 2nd, pushing the leader and trying to gap 3rd. Made my move with 3 turns to go, stuck it on the outside and got the W by less than 0.3sec 🥇🏁 !! Also was able to get Fast Lap of the race💪🏻

After a catastrophic failure of the original one man lift we had while pushing up to the Finals grid at Grands last weekend, finally putting together my new kart stand. It served us well, but I’m strong enough now to lift the front end.

Special thanks to Chase, Billy, Jonesy and the team Mpg motorsports for jumping in and helping us get to grid last Sunday!

Well my first CKNA Grands didn’t end up the way I wanted, but I learned a lot about having to be aggressive for 3 hard days of racing and not giving up. Started the Grand Final in P22 and had raced up to 8th after the first six laps. Had a pass made on entry to corner eight for 7th and the kid rolled the outside a lot better than I expected. On exit, he got right beside me and we were running out of track and nowhere for either of us to bail. We climbed wheels and when I came down the chain popped off again. Watched video several times and it’s just not a place I’d expect someone to roll the outside that well and be there on exit.
Super disappointing, but I had just been having to drive so aggressive all weekend to make up spots and this one just didn’t end up how we wanted.

I had great speed all weekend, shout out to Gary with Lawson Speed Shop for the consistent, reliable power I’ve had all year with his engines, thank you Gary!

I’ve got a weekend off, then back at it for 3 more events to finish up this season🏁

Much better day today at CKNA Grands at New Castle Motorsports Park. 2nd quick in morning warmup. 2nd Heat had a great start and picked up about 15 spots in the first few corners, but a red flag had a complete restart so back to 41st. Once it got going again, I went back into attack mode and got up to 18th then got brake checked by a slow kart and turned. Kept it going and fought back again to 22nd, then got a tram line penalty assessed from the start and scored 26th to start Heat 3. Dad and I really worked on focus in between races and getting my timing more sharp to set up my passes. Really drove through the field to 9th at the finish and set the fast lap of the race💪🏻 Starting 23rd in the Final tomorrow, ready for that green flag and definitely have time to get to the front!

After a chain failure yesterday from a collision, new chain + INOX MX9 Chain Lubricant has me ready to race to the front today! It does a great job coating all the pins and rails of the chain to provide consistent protection against moisture, dirt and debris to keep me rolling fast!

CKNA Grands started with practice, qualifying and a heat race, I really progressed well through the first couple days! Got to grid late for their “Happy Hour” practice and was 18th out of 45 in my class to line up for qualifying on Friday. I ended up P6 in qualifying. After three poor starts by the front row in the Heat, was moved up to 4th for the green. Worked really hard to stay smooth on the wheel and keep in that top 4, was P2 with just a couple turns left on the last lap and got cleared out from behind😡 Starting 45th today for the second Heat, time to dig deep and run through the field💪🏻
