🥨 I get it. Walking into a yoga class can sometimes feel like you need to be a human pretzel to belong.

🤔But let's be real: "I'm not flexible enough" is the most ass backwards excuse ever! 😆

🦵Flexibility isn't the entry ticket—it's a potential outcome! Did you ever say you weren't clean enough to shower?? 🤣

The difference between 100 mindless reps and 10 intentional ones? Everything. 😱

It’s not just about lifting your hips. It’s about being present enough to ask "what muscle is actually doing the work?" 🤔

If you want to feel more glutes, you can make a simple adjustment to your ball and foot position—a conscious choice to tell your glutes to fire. 🔥

🎴Had an awesome pull the other day doing 's moon ritual. Moon 🌝 I always love how no matter what you pull, you just immediately know the message. This ritual was about breaking through a threshold. What do you want to leave behind, where are you now and where will you be after crossing the threshold. I was specifically thinking about creative projects, and even more specifically about the musical I have written. 🎵

I interpreted it like this:

🌎 THE WORLD: the illusion of the world we live in is what I need to leave behind, also the illusion of perfection or completion, that I am already whole and the whole world.

🍑 SIX OF PENTACLES: The fruit of my labors are ready to be picked! I mean, yay! Plus, the idea of interconnectedness, to remember everything is connected and you are never alone.

🕷️EIGHT OF PENTACLES: When I leave the perfectionism and illusions behind (card 1) and pick the fruit of my labors with the help of my people and community (card 2), I will be like a spider weaving my own web, a master of my craft!

➡️Follow my spiritual journey as I finish my musical and weave my web of success! I am excited to get back to posting on this page, releasing new podcast episodes and sharing more, for example, about how many songs I have written in my dreams!
