🚨 Friendly reminder: The weights aren’t going anywhere, so there’s no need to slam them! 😂💀 We get it, you’re lifting heavy, but let’s leave the dramatic drops out of it. 💪 Help us keep our machines and equipment in good condition so everyone can continue to get their workouts in safely. Control the weight, respect the equipment, and remember… lifting heavy is impressive, breaking the machines isn’t! 😭😂🥊

Other members are here to train and make gains—not sit around waiting while you give your thumbs a workout. 💪😂

Record your workout, hit your PRs, get the perfect angle — just remember you’re sharing the gym with everyone else. Please don’t set up tripods on stairs, in walkways, between equipment, or anywhere that interferes with another member’s workout.

And remember: not everyone wants to make a surprise appearance in your next Reel. 😂 Respect the space. Respect the privacy. Get the shot and keep it moving. 💪📱

With heavy hearts, we announce the loss of our UFC GYM family member, Carla Gallup. Carla’s husband and son both work for UFC GYM. Carla fought valiantly with mental illness that took hold during COVID.

Let us stamp out the stigma and honor Carla! To commemorate International Survivors of Su***de Loss Day this Saturday, November 19, we will be hosting donation classes throughout the country at UFC GYM. To participate, please contact your local gym.
