Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing moms out there🌸

I’m so incredibly lucky to work with so many amazing families! I watch these moms fit swim lessons in between other appointments and activities, cheer their little ones on, and my favorite is the proud smile on a mothers face as her child learns new skills.

I hope that this Mother's Day, you take some time to relax and enjoy the special moments with your family and that your day is filled with all the joy and happiness that you deserve!

I can't even begin to express how proud I am of all of my students🤩
Watching these kids progress from timid beginners to confident swimmers is one of the most rewarding experiences in the world! Seeing their faces light up when they master a new skill or hearing a “I did it!” as they come up out of the water makes my heart so happy💛 I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to teach so many amazing kids and empower their families to safely enjoy the water.

Summer is just around the corner and there’s nothing better than splashing around in the pool on a hot day! Make sure your children are water-safe and ready for some summer fun with swim lessons. At Swim Life with Coach Tori your child will learn important skills like floating, breath control, water safety, and make sure they are confident and comfortable in the water. Remember while you are shopping for swim suits this year:

“Stay in sight, wear BRIGHT!”

Blues, greens (neon green is good but not other greens), white, gray, brown, black-not great choices because they can get camouflaged by the water, especially when it’s churned up by people playing in it.

Pick brights-any neon, pinks, yellows, oranges. These have the best chance of being seen when it’s really needed.

Something as simple as the color of the swim suit just might save a life!!

After a long cold winter off, I'm diving back into the water and am ready for this swim season!
I've missed the sound of splashes, the sun shinning down on the pool, and the joy of seeing my students improving and building confidence. This season is already off to a FANTASTIC start and I couldn’t be more proud of all of my students starting this session!

It is completely natural for a child to show some reluctance during the first few lessons. The newness of the situation, working with someone they haven’t met before, or separation from mom or dad can all be reasons for some initial pushback.

Our instructors understand these common causes of initial insecurity and we use a variety of methods in introducing skills so that each child gains trust in their instructor and in the lesson process. And our Parent Days help to quickly diminish any apprehension that may linger after the first few days in the water!
