Sullivan County Golf Club is turning 100—and the celebration is set to be as memorable as its century-long legacy.

Hollywood actor Bill Murray and former NFL star Jason Kelce will join the festivities on August 27 and 28, alongside golf writer and club co-owner Tom Coyne. Expect live music, art, a long drive competition, and conversations that honor the club’s deep roots in the Catskills.

After nearly closing its doors, the club was revitalized in 2023 with new ownership, course renovations, and the debut of Otto’s, an on-site restaurant. Now, it’s thriving.

Coyne says the anniversary is about more than golf. “It means a lot not just for golf but for local history.”

Anyone who’s ever spent summers in the Catskills knows the saying: “10 for 2.” We wait all year—ten long months—for these two short ones together. And then, in the blink of an eye, it’s Labor Day weekend—the one we always dreaded—because it meant soon we’d have to head back to real life.

✨ Broadway? No… BUNGALOW! 🎭

This weekend we put on our very own version of A Few Good Men—and what a show it was! Huge thanks to Ed Roth (who worked tirelessly with Anthony) and to our incredible cast: Andrew, Lindsay, Norm, Mike M., Mel, Elliot, Marty, Steve and Mike S. 👏👏

Only in bungalow life do we get together, roll up our sleeves, and put on a full play just to entertain ourselves. And honestly? It was amazing. 💙
