What a fun weekend at Star Hollow’s Starfish Equine Rescue Benefit Show!

Lucy Adams & Fox Ridge Rumble N Hum had some great trips out of a big group in the Open Hunter Division just missing a tri-color, including a win in the Under Saddle! Lucy & Hummer also played in the Pleasure Derby finishing up 7th out of a competitive group of 19!

Julianna Kelly & Morton’s Catillac had their best day yet winning every class they entered in the Children’s Hunters!

Julianna Kelly & Spotlight had their second show in the Low Children’s Hunters just missing a tri-color! The two of them are making some great progress together very quickly!

Sophia Hess & Golden Ticket had one of their best shows to date in the Low Children’s Hunters! Sophia also piloted Zazu in his first Pleasure Derby finishing up 5th out of 19! We are so proud of how patient Sophia has been with him!

Maya Scioli and Box of Chocolates had their best horse show yet winning 3 out of 4 classes in the Pre Children’s Equation division out of a respectable group! Maya & Mateo also did their first Pleasure Derby finishing up 3rd out of 19! We are so proud of these two and how it all came together for the two of them this weekend!

We are so proud to be apart of such an amazing team and such a great group of girls! Watching you all cheer each other on this weekend is why we love doing what we do! 💙

A lot of smiles today watching take the reins on our homebred FWF’s New Beginnings “Gracie”

Jules has been waiting since the day Grace was born for this day! What a cool and rewarding process it’s been! This pony is already so special💗

A huge thank you to Sarah Braxton for putting such an amazing start on Gracie for us. We cannot wait to have her home in less than 3 weeks!

✨ Sunday is almost here! Don’t forget to pre-enter for our Horse Shows at the Shore horse show this Sunday at the CMC 4-H Fairgrounds! We can’t wait to kick off an amazing day with everyone. 🌊🐴

In honor of Devon junior weekend being last weekend, we’ll be awarding TWO special prizes:
🏆 Best Child Rider on a Pony
🏆 Best Child Rider on a Horse

All junior riders competing on horses or ponies in the jumping divisions will automatically be eligible! Winners will be announced right before the Leadline division. ✨

Pre-entries are encouraged to help us keep the day running smoothly — text your entries in at 609-576-6072 before Thursday! Comment below and let us know what division you’ll be showing in! 🫶🏼

Fox Wood Farm’s first horse show!

Join us for a fun filled day at the Cape May County 4H Fairgrounds on Sunday, May 31st for Horse Shows at the Shore — an ECSJ & M&S pointed horse show! ✨

All ECSJ classes will be $20 plus a $15 schooling fee! All M&S classes are $40

Special awards selected by the judge will be given for:
🏆 Best Child Rider on a Pony
🏆 Best Child Rider on a Horse
🏆 Best Turned Out

What a fun weekend at Hayfeild Farm’s horse show!

Our riders and ponies braved the wind and chilly weather on Saturday with great results!

Lucy Adams and Fox Ridge Rumble N Hum started the day strong with a Champion in the Open Hunter division 🥇

Julianna Kelly and Morton’s Catillac also received a Champion in the Children’s Hunters🥇

Kensley Gamble and Don’t Tell Daddy finished up Champion in the Beginner rider division🥇

Mia Donato and Don’t Tell Daddy wrapped up our day with a Reserve Champion in the Walk Trot division🥈

What a great weekend at Pembrook Farm!

Lucy Adams & Fox Ridge Rumble N Hum were Champion in the Open Hunters to start the morning off strong! Lucy was also 4th in the Boot in Bridle Medal out of 17 riders, Won her M&S classic & was 2nd in her M&S medal!

Julianna Kelly & Morton’s Cadillac were 2nd, 3rd, 3rd and 3rd in the Children’s Hunter division against the horses and adults! Julianna was also 5th out of 17 riders in the Boot and Bridle Medal!

Sophia Hess & Golden Ticket moved up to the 2’6 and had wonderful trips in Pre Children’s Hunter division including a 2nd in the Bit of Straw.

Kensley Gamble & Don’t Tell Daddy won a class in the Beginner rider division!

Mia Donato & Don’t Tell Daddy had their horse show debut and had so much fun! The two even earned a 3rd in the Walk Trot division!

We had such a fun weekend cheering on all our riders & can’t wait for next week’s show! 🐴🏆

What a fun weekend at the first ECSJ show of the season at Gleneayre Farm!

Fox Ridge Rumble N Hum & Lucy Adams had great ribbons in the open hunter division including a win in the third over fences trip! Lucy & Hummer also took home a tricolor in the Pre-Children’s Equation division!

Morton’s Catillac & Julianna Kelly had great rounds in the Children’s division and took home top 3 ribbons over fences just missing a tricolor against all of the horses!

We are so proud of our riders for getting their ponies back into shape after such a tough winter! We can’t wait for Pembrook Farm’s horse show this weekend!

It’s with great sadness that Fox Wood Farm shares the loss of our dear, sweet Woody. We will miss this kind, adorable, little guy that was part of our family for 22 years.
As we sat with him in his final moments, we told him all the things we loved about him, his eye filled up as he laid on the ground & a tear fell from his eye. He was telling us he understands and loves us, too.

We will never forget the memories made over the last two decades with Woody. He will forever be apart of our family.
