Hello Chaos!
I am super excited to get back to practice. The plan as of now it to start back tomorrow at 6PM at the church. We will be doing a run through. Practice pyramid, and conditioning.
We will also discuss our Christmas/Valentine party.
Can't wait to see you all and if you can't make it please let me know.

Hello everyone, for anyone that is interested in the 2023 competition season I finally have some information for us. We will be able to use fitness and fun again as our gym area so that way we can be practicing indoors. We are lined up for the Justice League flash competition on April 15th full comp fees which will include brand new uniform that you will get to keep, bows, a backpack for the girls, they're snacks, their makeup, competition and gym fees will be $200 per girl. We will have a fundraiser starting this week that I will be posting in a new group that I will add here that you can use to cover the cost. It will be a sponsor sheet fundraiser but each person that donates to sponsor anything for the girls will have their name put into a drawing for $150 in scratch off tickets. We will be going with MCJCC Chaos and our colors will be hot pink silver and black. I'm very excited to get this started with everyone and with the girls. We will also be able to perform in front of the Gateway Grizzlies baseball stadium before a baseball game on June 11th and July 30th. It's going to be a whole lot of fun and a wonderful opportunity. I'm going to be getting this schedule put together for practices and posting it hopefully by tomorrow. Sorry it has taken so long to get this posted with all the sickness things have been so crazy.
If anyone is still needing to exchange uniform / security deposits please send me a private message through Facebook so we can set up a time to meet this weekend.

Hello everyone, I am so excited for our very first competition practice of the year tomorrow evening at 7:00 p.m. at fitness and fun in bethalto. Please remember that we cannot hand out uniforms until we have the $75 which includes the $45 security deposit on the uniform. Tomorrow all girls that have that turned in, we will be putting in uniforms and send. We plan to start practice on our routine and begin tweaking it. Anyone that plans on being in a flight team will need to sign stating that it is okay for their child to be part of the fly team. We will also have liability papers for everyone to be able to practice in fitness and what. Thank you all and I cannot wait to see you.
