This is a S***t Reese Eagle Claw rod. Anyone know where I could buy the outside thread portion with a Baitcaster hook and a hood. I saved the parts as i was taking the rod apart. But i tried turn corks and EVA to fit over. Way too thin. Originally there was a thin layer of rubbery material that split. U can see why it splits This is the first BC rod that I ever saw with the thread portion facing the but of the rod. I do have an option to take out entire rod seat and start over completely. Trying to save a good seat and work associated. TIA. please message me with response. Tony Melvin
