As our cheer season comes to an end, I just want to take a moment to say how incredibly proud I am of this team. I’ve been thinking for days on how to put it all into words so I’ll do my best. This group of athletes worked so hard all season long — not just on their skills, but on building a strong team culture and supporting each other. Their dedication, positive attitudes, and growth throughout the year truly made this an amazing season.
(I apparently was terrible at taking photos during games this season so I apologize for the lack of photos.)
To our cheer parents — thank you. Your support, encouragement, and willingness to help wherever needed does not go unnoticed. These athletes are able to do what they do because of the people behind them cheering them on, and we appreciate you so much.
A big thank you to our administration for allowing us the opportunity to attend more away games this season. Being able to support our teams on the road meant a lot to the team and created some really fun memories along the way.
Thank you to the Lady Wolves basketball team for letting us tag along on the bus to away games and tournaments. We had so much fun traveling with you and being part of the excitement. Thank you to the coaches for always making sure we were included, and a special thank you to Allen for safely getting us home after all those late nights on the road.
And of course, thank you to the Pep Band and Mr. K for their support of the cheer team throughout the year. We always appreciate the energy and spirit you bring to Wolves athletics.
This season was something special, and I’m so grateful for every athlete, parent, coach, and supporter who helped make it what it was. f on
