WANT TO PLAY OPENING WEEKEND? NOW IS THE TIME TO REGISTER!

We are getting ready to begin the scheduling process for Week 1 of the Wolcott Fall League - September 12–13.

Over the next several days, registered teams will begin receiving their Week 1 Game Request Form so we can start building our opening-weekend matchups.

If your team has been considering joining us this fall, now is the time to get registered.

**Why play the Wolcott Fall League? **

- YOU choose when you play - no requirement to play every weekend.

- Competitive matchups - we work to match teams based on age and competitive level utilizing team self ranking status

- Games with accountability - once matchups are finalized and accepted, teams are expected to honor their commitment or the risk league penalties including loss of the refundable game deposit fee

- Fall-friendly roster flexibility - because we understand that multi-sport athletes and changing fall schedules are a reality.

- We handle the scheduling, you tell us when you want to play and let us do the work finding the matchup.

You can certainly arrange your own fall scrimmages but the bigger question is whether that opponent will still be there when game day arrives.

The Wolcott Fall League was built around the realities of fall softball - flexibility when you need it and commitment once games are scheduled.

Once matchups start being built, opportunities to add additional teams for opening weekend will become increasingly limited.

If your team is planning to participate in the 2026 Wolcott Fall League and wants to play Week 1 — September 12/13 — now is the time to get registered!

📅 WEEK 1 SCHEDULING BEGINS AUGUST 26!

Beginning August 26, registered teams will start receiving information to submit their availability for our opening weekend.

Because of the unique way our league schedules games, we begin the process well in advance so we can give teams the flexibility that has made the Wolcott Fall League so successful.

✅ Play Saturday or Sunday whenever possible
✅ Morning or afternoon availability
✅ Tournament-friendly — take weekends off when needed
✅ Competitive matchups based on team strength
✅ Doubleheaders each weekend
✅ Games hosted at participating organizations throughout the area
✅ 8 weekends of Fall softball

Just a quick reminder that tomorrow (Friday, July 31) is the final day to take advantage of the 2026 Wolcott Fall League Early Registration Discount.

If you’ve been planning to enter a team this fall, now is the time to reserve your spot and save $50 before registration moves to the regular rate.

Hi Coaches,

I hope everyone is having a great summer season!

Registration for the 2026 Wolcott Fall League is now officially open, and I wanted to personally invite your team back for another great fall season.

As a thank you to the organizations that have supported the league over the years, we’re once again offering an Early Registration Discount for teams that register on or before July 31st.

💰 Early Registration (Through July 31)

$400

* $250 League Fee (Save $50)

After July 31
