Tonight at KVMT we focused on building the foundation that makes everything else work, footwork.

Learning how to move forward and backward while staying balanced, staying in position to strike, and staying ready to defend.

Once we had the movement down, we started putting combinations together:

➡️ Low Kick
➡️ Superman Punch
➡️ Back Fist
➡️ Roundhouse Kick

Each strike flowing into the next, using momentum and proper timing instead of forcing power.

The goal isn’t just throwing techniques, it’s learning how to move efficiently, create openings, and connect everything together as one complete system.
