Kern River Outfitters is the premier rafting outfitter on the Kern River. We offer one, two and three day rafting trips on the best whitewater in Southern California. Trips are conducted under permit issued by Sequoia National Forest. Operations and facilities are operated on a nondiscriminatory basis.

We're in the final seven days before our record season comes to a close! If you're looking to get on a trip, below is our availability for the week.
- September 14, Class IV Premium Full Day: 6 spaces remaining.
- September 14, Class IV Half Day: 10 spaces remaining.
- September 15, Class IV Half Day: 13 spaces remaining.
- September 16, Class IV Half Day: 12 spaces remaining.
- September 17, Class IV Half Day: 8 spaces remaining.
River flows have been excellent, fluctuating between 2,500 and 4,000 CFS (cubic feet per second) in the past week. We are experiencing the best September conditions in 40 years.
