The World Taekwondo Chang Moo Kwan Headquarters President Joong Young Kim and Grand Master Jung Hoe Ku.

Chang Moo Kwan is one of the original founding martial arts schools of modern Taekwondo in Korea established in 1946 which blended Korean and Japanese techniques with Chinese Kung Fu. Unified with the Kukkiwon frameworks during the 1970’s.

Grand Master Jung Hoe Ku continues his work in both USA and Korea.
