The Monthly Mixer you have come to love and enjoy with like minded collectors traveling far and wide. Over 900 feet of table space showcasing everything from wrestling to WNBA and back to Wartortle.

Well, some of us put in a solid eight hours on property to watch the game until the end, only to leave in heartbreak. 💔

The focused shows are always more intimate but it was a passionate group of collectors hoping to find some diamonds before the NFL season began.

The crowd at the Scoreboard turned out to be AMAZING, as we continued ordering more wings and smashed about 300 of them.

We turn it around in the same location in under 48 hours for our Monthly Mixer. The Pokemon is back in full force. So are wrestling cards, on down to hockey. Let’s get it! 🫸🫷

About us: BFCP LLC have hosted more than 100 cardboard events over the past 5+ years in a dozen different locations. We sell all events through our trusted partners Treasure - Find Conventions Near You

Best Flippin’ is coming back to the western Philly suburbs, this time to the 25,000 sq ft Valley Forge Casino Event Center!

A year ago, we got our start with you, testing the waters on a convention series which has now reached five new cities for Best Flippin’ LLC and soon to be six in 2027.

This time, Halloween weekend was the perfect fit. Customers will be competing for over $1000 in cash costume prizes on Saturday while shopping the best cardboard vendors this side of the Delaware River.

Last year’s TCG vendors are currently securing their spots and the password for tables will be lifted Tuesday. We now have more flexibility on also inviting sports sellers in with the new location. We will do our best to balance all the tables via sports/TCG and also call them “mixers” as they are spread across the entire convention floor.

Let’s remind vendors what helps us stand out from the other larger cardboard conventions:

- Equitable pricing levels on tables. They will start at $250 here in the back sections for the full weekend and are ALL 8 ft in length. Going up to $450 for those that love the visibility nearest the front entrance. Pay what suits your budget, only YOU know best.
- No playing favorites from a promoter. Literally pick the exact spot you want to be in. Those that act the fastest get more selection. “First come, first serve”.

Right now, sports vendors will take precedent as only TCG vendors joined us last year and are those currently buying tables. All of our conventions moving forward will be of the mixer variety as we no longer want to single out one genre over another. Each has their own strengths and we are a team with more than 40 years of sports card knowledge and 20+ years of Pokemon love.

For those new to us, we BALANCE the amount of sports and TCG tables in the room to keep all types of collectors happy. From vintage baseball to vintage Pokemon, we try and give the widest swath of curated vendors in the industry. Nobody does it better than us in one single consistent, monthly event.

For the Pokemon fans, we are bringing out a Pikachu Celebrations from the 25th anniversary in a PSA 9 since we are missing out on the 30th products by just a few days. And one of our personal favorite cards of the past few years, a Gengar Japanese Mega Attack Rare in a PSA 10.

Our 65th month in a row in a wonderfully air conditioned ball room with incredible lighting, the way card shows were meant to be presented. A large free parking lot and just seconds off of the two busiest interstates in New England (128/95). Don’t spend $55 to park in the Seaport when you can join our lots for nothing.

We took the drive to Taunton, MA into the downtown area for our first ever visit to Dream Collectors

Greg, Tyler and the rest of the DC crew have been vending at Best Flippin’ going back about five years. What started as selling several Downtowns a show has turned into a gorgeous destination shop on the south shore full of sports and other TCG’s.

They got busier starting their shop in 2024 and pulled away from vending as much. But they did join us at our Boston convention in May and are now officially back on the circuit with Best Flippin’ as a Monthly Mixer sponsor moving forward. 🤝

Come on out and visit them once more with us on September 12th and beyond.

Here it is! Our next big announcement.

Coming to Boston right after the New Year is Boston’s biggest Mixer event, well at least until we head back to Hynes in May. 😉

What an iconic location to hold a cardshow. Because we will be on the campus of the most exemperaly higher education institution in the world, we will also hold a “Young Entrepeneur” program for up to TEN youngsters under the age of 18 to help get their side hustle off the ground. We want to give some real world education in more ways than just one.

As indicated, the table applications will be available in October and those are ALWAYS found through OnTreasure. Harvard Athletics is handling the ticket sales themselves, including the combined ticket into the men’s hockey game.

Your calendars can now be marked for January 9th. Yet another special edition event brought to you by the groundbreaking company based out of Woburn. 🤝

📣 BIG NEWS 📣

We have teamed up with Harvard for an upcoming winter cardboard event!

This one is special because it will be paired with one of their sporting events. More details to follow as all of the details are finalized.

One thing I know for sure that we will be doing is giving even more Young Entrepreneurs a chance at some of the open tables. For under $40, kids can grab an 8 ft table to get their vending side hustle off the ground. We feel this is important on all higher education campuses. We have already been doing this at College of the Holy Cross and the program will be majorly expanded for this special event.

For all vendors, know too that we will be taking care of you by including parking in the cost of the table so it’s not another surprise expense.

This Mixer is going to be a BLAST 💥 A SLAPSHOT, if you will. Get ready. 🫡
