This week we’re highlighting 9 year old Speed Plus athlete, Alexa Liberty!

Alexa’s maturity, kindness, and leadership stand out EVERY session. She’s always encouraging those around her, leading by example, and bringing a positive attitude to training!

Her hard work is paying off, with recent VALD testing showing improvements in speed, jump height, and explosive power as she continues building a strong foundation at such a young age!

We’re incredibly proud of Alexa’s growth both as an athlete and as a young woman. Keep up the great work, Alexa! 💪

LOGAN DUKE. One of the most mature middle school boys you’ll meet… which can be hard to come by 😂

Logan takes DEDICATION to another level.

All summer, Logan would spend HOURS outside at football practice in 90+ degree heat… then hop on his bike, ride to ETS, and get another workout in.

No excuses. He just shows up and WORKS.

And that consistency is paying off.

Logan recently improved his IMTP Peak Force from:

📈 1,855 N → 2,127 N
📈 +14.7% increase in Peak Force (Lower Body Strength)

But as proud as we are of the physical progress, that’s not what makes Logan special.

Logan is coachable, brings great energy, and has become a LEADER within our four walls. He doesn’t just work hard himself, he pushes the athletes around him to be better too.

We could not be more blessed to have the opportunity to serve Logan and be a part of his journey.

Keep setting the standard, Logan. We can’t wait to see where your work takes you!
