Lots of progress on the field! We are frequent visitors and have met with the owner of the company installing the turf. He’s definitely the right one for the job with 20+ years working in grounds crew. We have learned a ton!
So exciting to see it all coming together…..

***Any of our parents or community that work in the exterior painting industry, and want to discuss painting jobs/sponsorship opportunity, please message us! We are in need of this after the field is completed for the dugouts.

What a fantastic day with an amazing turnout! The WLW Warriors coaches and players held a free skills clinic for the community on July 30 from 9:00 - 3:00! With close to 100 kids attending, spanning four fields, the 8 coaches and 15 current and former Warrior players spent the day helping practice and teach skills for pitching, catching, infield, outfield, hitting, baserunning, and more.
Thank you to all who attended and spent the day playing some baseball with us! A very special thank you to our sponsors and donors who provided swag for the campers:

**Tomorrows Clinic****IMPORTANT
Wear your baseball attire- that means pants and cleats, shorts are not recommended for the campers! The players should be prepared to do anything that you would do in a game. Dress for the weather on the flyer, meant for all Michigan seasons that may come in a day. When I initially made the flyer, it was calling for rain, so I just wanted people to be prepared rain or shine. 😃

So excited for our free youth clinic tomorrow! Stay tuned for photos and to learn about all the awesome sponsors and donations we received for this event to give each of these players a camp shirt and a goodie bag!!!
Not to mention all the generous donations that these families gave when registering that went directly into our program fund. We appreciate your support. We look forward to a fun day tomorrow!
