This is my guy Steve Singer. Check out this transformation. Steve is 69 years old. He will be 70 in a few months. These results done by following my plan and texting me his weight daily. He just started to train in the last 6 months. Great job Steve!

Rich has Neuropathy, he was diagnosed with it almost 10 years ago. It started in his ankles do to to surgeries. Look at this guys legs. This is 4 years of getting after it and eating right. Look at his legs and see where the Neuropathy Stopped! This isn’t a coincidence. This is 70 years old. You the man Rich
