A lot of youth pitchers don’t struggle because they lack talent. They struggle because they can’t consistently repeat their release point.

This T-Drill variation helps pitchers feel rotation, extension, and where the ball is coming out of the hand so they can start throwing more strikes consistently. ⚾️

Most people think a squat is just about depth.

But where you shift your weight changes everything.

1 loads heavily into the quads.
2 keeps the hips and hamstrings more involved.

Small difference visually.

If your feet are stiff, your body has no choice but to compensate.

Think about your car.

If the shocks are stiff, every bump hits harder… and eventually things start breaking down.

Same thing with your body.

Rolling your feet helps restore movement, improve pressure distribution, and take stress off everything above it.

Simple fix. Most people ignore it.

Most pitchers struggle with command because their release isn’t consistent.

This drill builds the feel of where the ball should come off the hand… repeat it until it’s the same every time.
