We love trying new stuff at the powerhouse. This was hard but will try just three kettle bells next time

Nate working hard yesterday. And doing the same today at lunch when I was in the gym. Now we’re staying low on the weight and working on form.

Gotta the our gym family we are creating here . Everyone supporting everyone. Nate and Braxton somehow squated 175 on the smith machine with me right behind them . Went over some form and just started repping it out . My girls had jump squats so I’m not sure who had it worse . Jj and gunner congrats 145 deadlift today
