What a fantastic 2026 season! As we wrap up and look ahead to 2027, please take note of these important end-of-year action items:

🗓️ 1. Equipment Return Night
• When: Tuesday, October 20, 2026 | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Where: East Jr. High Fieldhouse
• Prep Checklist:
• Wash jerseys, pants, and guardian caps (AIR DRY pants and caps!).
• Wipe down the inside/outside of helmets with a wet wipe.
• Keep socks, mouthguards, and purchased practice jerseys.
• Nameplates & Jersey Purchase:
• 6th Graders: Buy your jersey for $45 (cash or check to Rapids Raptors), or remove and keep your nameplate.
• 5th Graders: Keep your nameplate if returning next year; remove it if you are not playing next year.

🎉 2. End-of-Year Banquets & Forms
• Due Date: Turn in your banquet form by Equipment Return Night (Oct 20), whether you are attending or not!

Today we pause to share a very special thank you to the Conrad Evans Memorial for their deeply meaningful support of the Raptors this season. We honor this legacy and are incredibly grateful for the guardian caps to keep this next generation of youth football players safe. 🤍🏈
This past weekend's charity was chosen prior to the loss of Conrad, but it became so much more impactful when our community lost him.

🚀 WE SHATTERED THE RECORD, RAPTORS NATION! 🚀

Wow. Just wow. Our CISM Charity Event this weekend was absolutely unforgettable! The turnout was incredible, the weather was perfect, and our local heroes made it a truly special day for the kids.

Because of your unmatched generosity, we can officially announce that we have raised more money for this cause than ANY other charity in Rapids Raptors history! We completely blew past our previous all-time record of $2,300! 💥💚

📊 THE FINAL FAMILY CHALLENGE STANDINGS:
The final crunch completely rewrote the leaderboard, leaving us with a wild finish:
🥇 3/4 Black & 5/6 Maroon: 25 Donations Each 🏆 (A Tie for the Championship!)
🥈 3/4 Silver: 23 Donations (Missed the top spot by just 2 points!)
🥉 5/6 Silver: 15 Donations
🏅 5/6 White & Cheer: 14 Donations Each 📣

We are keeping the final record-breaking dollar amount tightly under wraps until our end-of-season banquets, where we will officially announce the grand total!
