Our hockey family is heartbroken. We lost one of our own far too soon.

Jacob was not just a teammate, but a friend, a brother, and an important part of our hockey family. We will always remember the memories, the laughter, and the moments we shared on and off the ice.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, teammates, and everyone who loved him.
