Your girl is now a certified Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist through ProNatal Fitness! 🤓🥳
Why I chose to add this certification to my credentials:
• Having an active, fit pregnancy is highly underrated. I’m here to make some noise and raise awareness.
• Labor and delivery is quite possibly one of the most physically and mentally demanding athletic events a woman will undergo- why not train for it?
• I firmly believe that movement = life and while I understand there may be contraindications for some to consider during their pregnancy, being pregnant is even MORE of a reason to build strength & stamina and not so much an excuse to “take it easy” and “eat for two”.
• SO many women have the best intentions in their birth plans, but show up with very little knowledge, zero training and end up disappointed with the direction things went- I hope to equip women with the training and tools necessary to walk in with confidence (and perhaps stay moving, for as long as possible) and kick ass through an incredibly empowering L&D experience.
• Positively impacting and pouring into mamas during and after pregnancy through coaching of movement & preventative wellness has been on my heart for quite some time and what better time than during my OWN pregnancy journey to open up and embark on this new exciting chapter?!
HUGE thank you to all who’ve continued to inspire and encourage me in these last 6 months. I’m truly grateful!
