Tonight we celebrated our four amazing XC seniors - Autumn, Katie, Karly, and Lane!! These runners have been on the team since their freshman year, and it has been so great watching them grow and turn into wonderful leaders and role models over the years! 🤩

We also recognized our stellar XC parents tonight!! From team meals/snacks to cheering on our runners at every meet, our parents are truly special and we couldn’t compete each week without their support!!🫶🏼

Huge shoutout to all who helped out with our home meet at the Prairie Du Chien Country Club⛳️ We appreciate you so much!!!

And another shoutout to Cafe Hope for once again making a delicious team cake! 🍰

So much to be proud of today at the River Valley cross country meet that I’m going to say WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER 🍗🥇🐔

⭐️ Tons of personal records on a beautiful course!!
⭐️ Team bonding traditions living on with a PdC football watch party the night before this huge meet and a rotisserie chicken run after the races!!
⭐️ Senior and captain, Karly, makes her meet comeback debut today after injury and absolutely crushes it!!
⭐️ 8th grader, Elouise, finishes first place in her race after hawking down a Lancaster runner!!
⭐️ Amazing cheering and support during all races from parents, grandparents, siblings, relatives, coaches, and teammates big and small!! (Thanks y’all🫶🏼)

Let’s keep on shining ✨ and smiling 🙂 PdC XC!!!

Calling all of our Facebook followers 📣 We need your help to determine a winner for the second annual Be Real team photo competition!!! 📸

Our runners combined their pre-meet workout run with their creative brains today and got very clever for a Be Real Selfie…a photo of what they see and what they look like at the same time! Teams then submitted what they thought was their best and now we want you to vote!! ✨🤩

The photo with the most likes by Sunday, September 13th at 9 PM will be crowned champion!! 🥇

Stakes are higher this year, however, as the team with the most likes on their individual photo will get full control in planning a XC practice next week!! 👑

Like, share, comment, and SELECT YOUR FAV!!!! Thanks y’all 🫶🏼
