Hard to believe we are already celebrating the end of another cross country season with our awards banquet! So many amazing accomplishments and runners to honor tonight!

Thank you to all of our athletes for a super season and to parents and families for being the best cheerleaders and supporters out there! We can’t wait to be back at it with this awesome team next year! 🤍

We are so incredibly proud of Sam Kramer for culminating his high school cross country career at the WIAA State Meet! He finished this challenging course 54th overall (out of 151 D3 boys) with a time of 17:46.6!!✨

Big news, Blackhawks!

Congratulations to Prairie du Chien senior Sam Kramer — the first PdC Boys Cross Country runner to qualify for the State Meet in 33 years!
Sam will represent the Blackhawks at the 2025 WIAA State Cross Country Championships this weekend in Wisconsin Rapids!

Here’s what you need to know to cheer him on:

📅 Date: Saturday, November 1st

📍 Location: The Ridges Golf Course – Wisconsin Rapids, WI

⏱ Race Time: Division 3 Boys – 12 PM

🎟 Tickets: Must be purchased in advance on GoFan → https://gofan.co/event/4046286?schoolId=WIAA2

🚗 Parking: No parking at The Ridges. Fans should use designated lots ($10) and take the free shuttle to the course.

Congrats to Prairie du Chien senior Sam Kramer on being the first PdC Boys Cross Country runner to qualify for the state meet in 33 years (Randy Bunders in 1992) with his sixth place finish at today's sectional meet.

Kramer is at least the fifth state qualifier all-time in program history -

State Qualifiers:

1992 - Randy Bunders, Sr. (? at Conference, 4th place at Sectional, 28th place at State in 17:22).

1974 - Paul Delury, Sr. (2nd at Conference, 5th at regional, 5th at Sectional, 6th place at State in 16:28).

1966 - Pat Mulrooney, Sr. (2nd place at Conference, 5th place at Sectional, 18th place at State).

1963 - Terry Kramer, So. (3rd place at Conference, 5th place at Sectional in 11:02.1, 18th at State).*

****1964 - Terry Kramer, Jr. (1st place at Conference, ? place at Sectional, ? at State) - May not have qualified for the state meet. I need to do some more research to verify either way.****
