Heart of Wisconsin Sportman's Club, Inc. Trap, s***t and 5 stand Summer trap league: 14 week season running from April thru August on Wednesday evenings. Shooting begins at 6:30 p.m.

Winter trap league: 10 week season running from January thru March on Wednesday evenings.

Unfortunately we are again postponing trap tonight. Let's hope for some dry weather next Wednesday!

We are looking forward to welcoming the student athletes, coaches and parents to the 2026 WI State Trap Championship this Friday thru Sunday. We will again be hosting the handicap and doubles events. We will have hamburgers, cheeseburgers and steak sandwiches available as well as ice cream, water and soda. For those of you that will be in the area Thursday, we will be open for practice from 10:00am to dark. A note to our members, on those days we will have no open shooting but come out to help or enjoy a nice lunch.

We have close races in every class, should make for an interesting summer. Last night we had two 25 straights; Jake Guse and Bill Bord. In Class AA Jeff Danielski was high gun with a 45, Class A Jake Guse and Dan King were high guns with 46, Class B Rod Crawford was high gun with 46, Class C Jake Lang was high gun with 48 and in Class D Bill Bord as high gun with 46. Congratulations to all!

We survived some nasty weather last night and a 1/2 hour rain delay but we got the final night of qualifying in. It cooled off and turned out to be a nice night to shoot. The attachment shows your class, trap #, time and yardage for next week. I'll try to have these posted by Thursday evening. You can also find this on our website and posted in the clubhouse. Should be a fun summer of shooting!

This Wednesday is the last night of summer trap qualifying and we will be back at the 26 yard line. We have 21 teams so Thursday we will break this into classes depending on the 4 weeks of qualifying scores. We will then post team scores and standings weekly. Also we are planning shooting Anne Oakley's this Wednesday night after qualifying, so be sure to bring some extra shells.
