The Rapids Rec Soccer is a recreational soccer organization that serves the community of Wisconsin Rapids and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to coach and support our area youth in learning about soccer and developing their skills while promoting good sportsmanship and having fun. We offer teams for 5-17 years old and have a spring and fall season.

Registration for fall players and referees opens on JUNE 7TH, so mark your calendars and get ready for another season of soccer, snacks, whistles, shin guards, and sideline chaos.

Please be sure your player is on time for their team’s appointment.

If your player wanted to get the optional individual photo last weekend but missed it they may stop by Kaz at any time to get that done.

🚨📢 We are down to the final two weekends of the spring recreational soccer season and still need volunteers!

If you have not yet volunteered this season and paid the volunteer deposit, you are required to complete a two-hour volunteer commitment.

Households that paid the deposit and completed their required hours will receive their $100 reimbursement shortly after fulfillment.

Please consider signing up to volunteer. Your support and commitment allow us to provide an affordable program for 500+ players each season.

Our FIRST picture day for this season is TOMORROW! 📸🤩

Please look at the Photo Day Schedule below to determine which day (5/2 or 5/9) and the time your player's team will have their team and individual player pictures taken with Kaz Conrad Photography. 😁

👉🏼 Coaches, please remind your players or their parents so that everyone has it on the calendar and arrives on time.

👉🏼 Parents, please have your player at the soccer field on time for their team’s photo. All players and coaches receive a digital team photo for FREE as part of our partnership with the photographer.

If your player wants to get the optional individual player photo for $20, please make sure you have the payment ready at your player's designated appointment time, along with the photo form (see below).

Best wishes for an enjoyable evening to the teams who elected to participate in the all-teams scrimmage event tonight! 🤩

This is an excellent opportunity for new and seasoned coaches, referees, and players to prepare for the first official game on Saturday, April 25th.

If your player's team is not participating, you're welcome to come to watch the other teams play and cheer on friends. 😊

Games start promptly at 5:00 pm and will be played on various fields.

Also, the concession stand will be open to purchase candy, snacks and beverages around 4:45/5 pm. 🍭🍫

The games will not be rescheduled. However, if your team's coach would like to schedule a scrimmage with the opposing team they were to play on Saturday, they're welcome to do so.

👉🏼 Coaches: If interested in scheduling a scrimmage and would like contact information for the other team's coach, please contact us.

Scrimmages are on your own time. The organization will not be scheduling them for you, and you cannot use the Washington soccer fields. Referees are not available for any scrimmages to make up for the lost game, either. Please plan accordingly.

🚨⚠️📢 ATTENTION: Friday evening’s referee training and all-teams scrimmage have been canceled due to field conditions and the incoming storm.

All Saturday soccer games are also canceled due to recent and forecasted weather, along with unsafe field conditions. The fields are not playable and would be damaged by use at this time.

👉🏼 Families who signed up to volunteer this weekend will need to select a different date to complete their hours.

More updates will be shared as they become available. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
