If anyone is looking for a phenomenal nutrition coach who is so much more than that, message Cheryl Nasso. I have lost 16 pounds of fat, and PR’d multiple lifts since working with her and she’s a great coach to have for more than just nutrition. She goes the extra mile and will help with fitness goals as well. She is currently helping me with handstand walks for an upcoming competition. She constantly has education podcast for group members and is very personable and answers all texts or calls very quick. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s helping me live the healthier, fitter, version of me I’ve always wanted.
