Someone call the fire department… these hats are 🔥🔥

Winthrop Youth Hockey and the Winthrop Fire Department teamed up to create these limited-edition hats, with all proceeds benefiting Winthrop Youth Hockey and helping support the next generation of Vikings.

This collaboration is all about community, pride, and giving back to the kids who make this program shine.

It’s incredible to see how much this game has grown over the past three years. Huge thank you to these amazing (and brave) moms for stepping up to support Winthrop Youth Hockey.

The reality is, hockey today can cost families anywhere from $3,500 to $6,000. Because of events like this, we’re able to keep tuition under $2,000, and still offer key programs like skills sessions at no additional cost.

And to the 300+ fans who showed up, you made this even more special. Your support for these moms and our program means everything.

As mentioned in the news, Winthrop is a hockey town, and I’m proud to be a part of it.

All season long, our Mite A2 team embraced the underdog role. With lots of first-year players and kids new to travel hockey, this group had a lot to learn and they did just that.

Game by game they grew, gained confidence, and started believing in themselves and each other. Against the odds, they battled their way all the way to the championship.

Winthrop Youth Hockey is incredibly proud of this team and how much they developed this season. The future is bright for this group. 🏒
