Becoming "fit" is a process that requires so much more than exercising and "cleaning up your diet."
Honestly, if that's all it took, every single person who's ever done a challenge group with me would be at their desired fitness level and crushing it every day.
But sadly, that's not the case.
Our beliefs aren't formed by our lives, but actually our lives are formed from our beliefs.
This includes our level of fitness.
What types of beliefs does a person have to have about themselves in order to make their health a priority?
🔹I'm worth it
🔹I'm capable of achieving my goals
🔹The "hard" fitting it into my busy schedule, the "hard" workouts, the "hard" early mornings, the "hard" food prep and multiple trips to the grocery store are easier than looking in the mirror and not liking what I see.
What types of beliefs and thoughts does a person have to be thinking to NOT make their health a priority?
🚫I'm not worth it
🚫I'm not meant to have a 6 pack
🚫I'm just "big b***d"
🚫I'd rather sleep in
🚫Food prep is too much work
🚫I don't like cooking
🚫I just don't like vegetables
🚫Eating healthy is boring
🚫Lifting weights makes girls bulky
🚫It's all too hard
🚫I can't......
If you've tried all the workouts and have only seen minimal results or have given up before you even gave yourself a chance, the problem isn't the workouts. It's not the meal plan.
It's what's going on between your ears that's the problem. 🧠
So what does the "Aligned" fit life look like?
Becoming aligned CAN start with exercise, but it doesn't always.
You HAVE to shift your thoughts in order to shift your life and see the results you desire.
In your physical health.
In your relationships.
In your finances.
In your spirituality.
In your occupation.
In your mental health.
It's all connected.
In the Aligned Fit Life, we work on awareness.
We look at where we're at in each area, and set goals to improve.
Not everything at once.
There is no such thing as perfect balance.
But with awareness, accountability and support, we can make incremental improvements each day to start to become the person we are meant to be.
If you don't like where you're at, CHANGE IT.
YOU ARE NOT A🌲 TREE 🌲.
In August, we're going to do a mindset makeover. Summer may have you feeling "off track" but we're going to pull ourselves back together before the holidays creep up on us!
I, for one, am excited to continue aligning my thoughts and raising my vibration to become an energetic match for all my life's desires.
