Walk-Off Seals The Deal In Chaos Victory Over AFSA in game one.

Chaos took Monday's first game in dramatic fashion, with a 15-14 walk-off victory over AFSA. Chaos was down 14-13 in the bottom of the third inning when Emily Ahrens singled, scoring two runs.

Bats blistered as the Winters girls collected seven hits.

AFSA jumped out to the lead in the top of the first inning scoring five runs, but Chaos answered with scored five runs of their ownin the bottom of the first inning.

AFSA captured the lead, 8-5, in the top of the second, but Chaos took the lead in the bottom of the second inning after Tatumn Perrie tripled, Emily Ahrens walked, and Tempy Patton singled, each scoring two runs.

AFSA flipped the game on its head in the top of the third, scoring six runs on three hits to take the lead, 14-11. But Chaos wasn't going to lay down. They made the score 15-14 in the bottom of the third after Chloe Gonzales drew a walk, scoring one run, Brylee Garza drew a walk, scoring one run, and Emily Ahrens singled, scoring two runs.

Tatumn led Chaos with two hits in three at bats from the leadoff position. Chloe Gonzales paced the Winters girls drawing three walks. Emily, Karmen, Ayriauna, Tempy, Brylee, Kayla, Maddie, Chloe, Karmyn, and Tatumn each stole multiple bases for Chaos- Winters. Chaos- Winters stole 35 bases in the game. The team was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Emily made the most plays with three.

In game two, the girls fell short against the Hawley Lady Bearcats, 12-5. The girls started strong in the 1st matching 3 runs with Hawley, but Hawley pulled ahead in the 2nd and Chaos just couldn't recover.

I thought I'd start posting stat sheets. I'm including definitions! There will be Season Stats and each game stats. I'm not super strict on the stats and sometimes I miss stuff.

This is just batting so far, but I'll be working on pitching.
If you have questions, I'll do my best to explain.

Neither Team Pulls Away As Chaos- Winters And Lady Pirates (KS) Tie

Chaos- Winters and Eula Lady Pirates (KS) tied 6-6 on Wednesday.

Lady Pirates got on the board in the first inning after PJ hit an inside the park home run, scoring three runs.

Chaos took the lead, 6-3, in the bottom of the second thanks to singles by Madison Mitchell, Karmen Miller, and Karmyn Perez.

Lady Pirates tied the game in the top of the third thanks to a dropped third strike, a walk by Sawyer, and a play.

Ryleigh Sherman opened the game for Chaos. The pitcher gave up one hit and three runs over one inning, striking out three and walking four.

Karmyn and Tatumn each collected two hits for Chaos. Karmen Miller and Perez each drove in two runs for Chaos.

Winters stole nine bases in the game. Emily Ahrens made the most plays with nine.

Karmyn Perez closed out the last two innings, only giving up one hit, three runs, with eight strike outs and walking two.

Next up Chaos travels to take on Anson on Thursday at 7:15 p.m.

Chaos gets their first win of the season this evening!

Chaos- Winters Defeats AFSA In Nail-Biter

Despite seeing their 6-run lead whittled down by the end, Chaos- Winters still held off for a 6-4 victory on Friday. AFSA closed the gap by scoring on a home run and a single.

Chaos- Winters jumped out to the lead in the top of the first inning after Ayriauna Aleman drew a walk, scoring one run, Brylee Garza singled, scoring one run, Analyssia R singled, scoring two runs, and Chloe Gonzales singled(technically an inside the park HR, but the run she batted in was the 6th run and the half inning ends after 6 runs), scoring one run.

AFSA scored three runs in the bottom of the first on an inside the park home run.

Ryleigh Sherman earned the win for Chaos- Winters. The hurler surrendered two hits and four runs over one and one-third innings, striking out one and walking three. Karmyn Perez collected the save.

Emily Ahrens, Karmen Miller, Analyssia Ramos, Brylee Garza, and Chloe Gonzales each collected one hit for Chaos- Winters. Ramos, Garza, and Gonzales each drove in one run for Chaos- Winters. Ahrens, Garza, and Karmyn Perez each stole multiple bases for Chaos- Winters. Chaos- Winters ran wild on the base paths, amassing eight stolen bases for the game. Chaos- Winters were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Ayriauna Aleman made the most plays with two.

WELCOME!!!

A large portion of this team is about to embark on their final year of 14u eligibility. While 90%+ of their scheduled games are in Abilene, I will strive to post the schedule, game reminders, game results/recaps, and some other fun stuff along the way!!(Coach Jessica and I love playing with AI!!)

My hope is that family, friends, fans, and the community can enjoy this season!
