Beginner Triathlon Kickoff Meeting being held on Wednesday, July 8 at 6pm at the Oviedo Aquatic Facility. Join us for a quick informational meeting...meet the coaches, get an overview of the training schedule and races.

This is an 8 week training program that runs from July 21-September 13 in preparation for the Team Sprint Tri for Clermont Race #3.

Bring your swimsuit for the group swim following the meeting.

The weather is not looking great for the ride tonight. I will post an update around 4:30 if the ride is cancelled.

Looks like the rain will be cleared up for the ride tonight. See ya at the shop, maybe bring a rain jacket. Ride leaves at 6:30pm and I’ve got breakfast food after the ride. Pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns.

It’s gonna be a cold ride tonight but we will be out there. Ride leaves from the shop at 6:30 up the trail to soldiers creek and back. We are having grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup tonight after the ride.
