Rukus Cycling Studios
Rukus Cycling Studios is the most technologically advanced indoor cycling studio serving guests of all fitness levels. Featuring high intensity cardio sessions, muscle shaping strength training, premium boutique amenities, and world class CyclePro Instructors to guide you through your workout. Using state-of-the art technology to measure stats, heart rate, and performance, riders can track their success on the leaderboards or on their individual profiles. The modern contemporary aesthetics and spacious lounge will provide you with all the amenities to feel comfortable both before and after your ride including separate changing rooms, charging station lockers, and full size vanities and showers complete with toiletries.
I teach classes at the Winter Park Rukus Studio adjacent to Whole Foods and Nordstrom Rack; and the Downtown Rukus Studio, at the base of SkyHouse just steps from Lake Eola Park.
